I’m pretty disappointed in everything I’ve ordered. Everything looks so cute in the ads, but the quality isn’t nearly worth the price. I splurged and bought a few things and I wish I had looked at the reviews first. The sweatpants and sweatshorts stretch to 2-3 times the size. I got s/m and after an hour of wearing them, they are massively stretched out. The dark long sleeve has weird sweat stains all over after a few wears. It’s not like I’m some sweaty woman. Haha. It’s just terrible material. Far too expensive for the quality. I hope they figure out how to improve because it’s all super cute. But I feel like I could find better items for cheaper elsewhere. They are great at marketing. That’s about it.
Update: ordered a couple more items on cyber Monday because it was discounted and I wanted to give them another chance with a different kind of item. It took them 3 weeks to create my shipping label and that was yesterday morning at 5am and it still hasn’t reached the post office. If you charge an insane amount of money for your product and you have so many orders that you are behind on getting them out the door, pay more employees so your customers don’t have to wait a month to receive their order. Being understaffed when you clearly have enough business is just greedy and gross. Covid isn’t an excuse to not employ people. If anything, if your business isn’t suffering, employ more people! Greedy tw4t rags. God I hate this company. That was for sure my last purchase from them.
I regret buying from this brand. For months I was looking at their website and found the prices ridiculous. I really loved their styles so I waited... until there was a 20% or 30% off. I ordered a tank top and a sweater. I was very very excited.
Unfortunately, when they arrived, what a disappointment! I expected high quality for this price but it is not. The tank fabric feels nice but it's so see-through! Their web site advertises they make clothes for work as well as work out. I would use this tank top for none of them. I will probably wear it underneath something else which I do with cheap tank tops. The black sweater has no hem. The fabric feels nice too but there is a BIG issue with the dye they use. At the end of the first day wearing it, my skin was fully covered in black dye and it took me two days and 6 showers to fully get rid of it!! My white plastic watch is ruined as it permanently turned black. I have no idea how toxic it can be and I haven't worn the sweater again. Don't get fooled by their beautiful website. These pricey clothes are unwearable and not worth it.

Outrageous waste of money .. !
Absolutely not worth it; Don’t be fooled.
Share $50 with a food bank, spend $50 somewhere with good quality and good customer service and still save $50 on a better garment.
Don’t be fooled by hot models and clever marketing. This is a company charging you much too much for much too little.
Love the clothes , I’ve purchased so many items from them and 9/10 of them are amazing . But their customer service is awful . I feel like they are so stuck up and rude and just not nice if you’re not a celebrity or something I don’t know how to describe it just their vibe is so awful . I love their clothing but it makes me not want to buy anything from them anymore . Who ever is behind their Instagram is not nice .
Price point is low but that is because material is cheap, I placed an order two months ago and finally received half my order, they refunded me for one piece and the other piece that I didn’t receive they are not refunding me, why? Because I receive it , even though I didn’t. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Confused about all the 1 star reviews. The quality of the clothes is great. At least all the items I ordered were. As far as the people surprised a company wouldn't accept the return of a used clothing item FOUR MONTHS LATER, when their return policy clearly states items must be in new condition, IDK what say about that. It's crazy to expect that. It seems they did change their return policy since some of these were written to now offer refunds instead of just store credit. You'll only get free return shipping for store credit though
My experience with customer service was also great. They were polite a quick to respond to my emails. I can definitely be annoying with all my questions lol. There was a small issue with an item I bought. I contacted them with pictures, and they took care of it right away. I got a return label that day and received a replacement in a little over a week. Oh and their packages are shipped in sturdy paper shipping bags rather than plastic, which I very much appreciate. We need more companies to use less plastic
Where to begin. Initially I was in love with this brand but after several other purchases I will no longer be purchasing from them. Terrible customer service. From both the B2C and B2B side of things. Quality is in inconsistent among items. Returns are a hassel. Overpriced when comparing to similar brands/quality. do your self a favor and buy from Aritzia or Meshki and get better pricing, quality, and amazing customer service.
I have been following Joah Brown for some time now and have (obviously) been totally entranced by their marketing and portrayal of their clothes. I love basics for women and have been waiting to buy from them. I spent a lot of money buying a number of the tanks and crops and tights which are very high prices so I assumed they would be good quality as i don't mind paying for quality. They arrived and the quality is so poor I was shocked that they have prices that high. The black tights were terrible and were uncomfortable and poorly made. I can tell the material won't last in the wash. Unfortunately for Joah Brown they will not get repeat customers and word gets around so they are digging their own grave by not being honest or providing a reasonable quality for the price tag. Instead they are profiteering here. Very disappointed in a brand I had high hopes for.
Absolutely terrible quality. Obviously being bought for pennies and sticking their label on it. Thin material that wore through after a couple wears and I am VERY gentle on my clothing. Wouldn't pay $5 for this quality.
I bought two pairs of the oversized sweats and LOVE them!! Super comfy.. worth the price. The hat is adorable as well as the black wrap. I will order more. :)
High quality clothing you can’t find anywhere else! Will be a repeat customer no doubt.
To say I am obsessed with Joah Brown is an understatement. Like many others, I found out about the brand on Instagram but held off for awhile because of the price. Eventually, I decided to just a couple of pieces (the Empire Jogger and Slip Dress), yes at full price (my bank account hates me), and I absolutely LOVE them. They both fit! I don't mind loungewear, but I am not one for super baggy fits. I love the silhouette fit of the Joah Brown pieces, so much so that just two weeks later I ordered 4 bras! My items have all arrived in a reasonable time period and have held up to machine washing (I wash a lot of things on cold and delicate and hang dry). So far so good for me, and I can't wait to buy more of the joggers!

I ordered a $250 sweatshirt, that became damaged after one wash just a four short months later. When I reached out to Joah Brown's customer service, Sydney replied that I am unable to make a return or exchange, nor would I be able to receive a store credit. No garment that is $250 should only last 4 months, 6-7 wears and only 1 single washing. Horrible customer service, over-priced items and even though I offered to share photos of my garment, they did not even ask to see it - zero care. Huge disappointment. DO NOT buy from Joah Brown! They'll say that "celebs" wear their items, but I doubt they'd turn down Hailey Bieber if she sent a note about a tear in the same sweatshirt as this one!
